Achieving Your Goals

DISCERN:

First of all, only share your goals with positive and supportive people. A negative attitude from friends, family and neighbors can undermine your dreams and goals. And be sure your own thoughts and statements are positive and support your vision.

REVIEW:

Review your goals daily. This is a critical part your success and must become part of your daily routine. Every morning when you wake up and before you go to bed at night, read your goal list. In fact, don't just read it - feel it!

VISUALIZE:

Visualize the completion of your goals. See the fine-arts gallery displaying your paintings with the words "sold" on two of them. Smell the leather seats in your new car. Feel the curves of the Academy Award you just received. This process activates both your subconscious and conscious mind to work toward your goals.

LISTEN:

Learn how to "be" first then "do" second. You must become quiet and clear in order to hear your guidance. The writing down and focus upon your goals will help you to achieve clarity. Your clarity helps you to still your fears and through your emotional silence hear your guidance.

ACT!

Once you receive guidance - follow it! Go into action. If you find yourself in conflict over making a decision ask yourself this question, "Does it take me closer to, or further from my goal?"

If it takes you closer - do it!
