Through coaching and teaching I show people how the power of the mind is the foundation for both personal and professional success. Life is filled with limitless opportunities. Our personal conditions are simply a reflection of our thoughts and beliefs.

We live in challenging times - record home foreclosures, tightening credit, environmental concerns, rising healthcare costs and increasing job losses are just a few of the issues facing us. Credit cards, which used to buy us luxuries, are now being used for survival. As consumer credit card debt approaches $1 trillion, personal bankruptcies have skyrocketed.

The question being asked over and over is how do we get out of this hole? Certainly not with the same shovel. We slept walked into the abyss and now we're having a huge wake up call.

Before us lies the opportunity of a lifetime to rise above the drama, one by one and create a purposeful life based on self-responsibility, self appraisal and self awareness. It requires dedication and hard work but it leads to prosperous living in all areas. To do nothing or the same keeps us in the same hole.
